Molykote 1292

A high-performance fluorosilicone extreme-pressure grease formulated with an organic/polyurea thickener (NLGI Grade 1 to 2, off-white). Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C (-40°F to +392°F) with short-term capability to +230°C (+446°F), it provides high resistance to water washout, mineral oils, fuels, and industrial chemicals (Note: Discontinued by manufacturer; cross-referenced to Molykote 3451).

Applications

Medium-load metal-on-metal combinations, rolling element bearings, plain bearings, sealed units, actuators, fuel systems, and instrument seals under harsh chemical exposure.
