A two-part, dichromate-cured polysulfide liquid polymer compound engineered for precision brush application. Formulated with a Class A-1/2 brushable consistency, it offers a 1/2-hour application life at room temperature, curing into a flexible, resilient brown rubber seal with exceptional adhesion to metal and composite substrates. Operates across a temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C) with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C), offering outstanding resistance to jet fuel, aviation gas, lubricants, oils, and water.

Applications

Brush-sealing aircraft integral fuel tanks, pressurized cabins, fasteners, and applying thin protective coatings up to 25 mils thick.
