PPG Sealant PR 1422 B-1/2

A two-part, dichromate-cured polysulfide liquid polymer compound designed for structural sealing. Formulated as a low-sag, thixotropic brown paste, it cures into a durable, flexible rubber and offers an application life of 1/2 hour at room temperature. Operates reliably across a temperature range of -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C) with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C), exhibiting high resistance to jet fuel, aviation gas, and water.

Aircraft integral fuel tanks, fuselage cavities, fillet joints, fasteners, and access panels
