PPG SEALANT PR 1428 A-1/2

A two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide liquid polymer compound formulated as a red, brushable liquid (Class A) with controlled low adhesion. Offering a 30-minute application life at room temperature, it cures into a flexible elastomer that enables non-destructive access panel removal while resisting fuel, oil, and weathering across -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C) with excursions up to 275°F (135°C).

Applications

Brush-sealing removable access panel doors, fuel tank doors, inspection plates, and form-in-place (FIP) custom gasket fabrication.
