Ardrox 3968

A mobile, water-displacing fluid engineered to rapidly expel fresh or salt water from metal surfaces, leaving an ultra-thin protective oil film (<2 microns thickness, dry film weight ~2 g/m²) after solvent evaporation. Clear, straw-brown liquid with a density of ~0.81 g/ml at 20°C and a flash point of ~63°C.

Applications

Fast alternative to oven drying in metal finishing, temporary corrosion inhibition, freeing wet/seized parts, and restoring moisture-damaged electrical equipment.
