A high-sensitivity, non-aqueous solvent-based developer engineered to reveal surface-breaking defects such as cracks, porosity, and laps during non-destructive testing (NDT). Formulated as an inert white powder suspended in a quick-drying volatile solvent, it dries rapidly into a uniform, thin, matt white coating that maximizes contrast. Features ultra-low levels of sulfur, halogens, and alkali metals to prevent stress corrosion on high-integrity alloys.

Applications

Non-destructive testing (NDT) developer for visible dye (Type II) and fluorescent (Type I) penetrant inspection systems.
